Directions for optimal use:

- Trim that wick! Before lighting, always trim wick to 1/4 " (we suggest using a wick trimmer)
- Melt for long enough! Burn for a minimum of 3-4 hours each time to allow the waax to melt to the edge of the jar.
- Once the candle's gone - reuse the container! Clean it out, cut the wick & you've got a new planter or pen holder..!

How to burn safely:

- Follow the 2 foot rule - keep candle 2 foot away from anything - don't place a burning candle near clothing, books, curtains or anything flammable.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended, & no burning for over 4 hours!
- Extinguish all candles when you leave a room or before going to sleep
- Do not burn candle with less than 1/2 inch of wax remaining

Our Candles are made using 100% USA soy wax for an eco-friendly clean burn. We use lead-free cotton wicks and premium fragrance oils. Our candles are vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate-free, and petroleum-free.

Economy Shipping:

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Some orders may require up to 2 weeks to ship due to product availability. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, you can contact support@soyandsass.com for a status update.

International Shipping

We send most international packages via UPS. You can see the total landed cost (included duties and taxes) at checkout. 

International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Soy & Sass have zero control over these circumstances. 

Refunds + Exchanges

At Soy & Sass, we carefully inspect all of our products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Soy & Sass within 7 days of delivery.

You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@soyandsass.com for further details.
