We recently had the exciting opportunity to welcome FOX 13's Good Day Tampa Bay into the Soy & Sass workshop for a special feature on Charley's World.
During the segment, Charley Belcher went behind the scenes to see exactly how our candles are made, from pouring and wicking to labeling and packing. It was a chance to showcase the craftsmanship, care, and attention to detail that goes into every Soy & Sass product.
What started as a simple idea to create a clean-burning, high-quality candle that people would be proud to gift has grown into something much bigger. Founders Charlotte and Nick launched Soy & Sass with a focus on premium fragrances, beautiful design, and products that help people celebrate life's moments—big and small.
Over the years, that original candle collection has evolved into a full range of scents inspired by occasions, destinations, hobbies, and everyday experiences. Today, Soy & Sass offers everything from personalized gift candles and state-inspired collections to seasonal favorites and home fragrance products enjoyed by customers across the country.
During the interview, we shared the story behind the business, our journey from a small startup to a growing Florida manufacturer, and our commitment to producing high-quality products right here in St. Petersburg.
